Active Reception is a menu driven service also known as an Auto Attendant and gives your callers a series of options to choose from in order to direct them to the correct department or person first time. An example is Press 1 for Sales, Press 2 for Customer Service and Press 3 for Accounts.
Active Reception is available in two versions, Lite and Pro. The Lite version comes with up to 9 x department options and calls can be diverted to both landlines and mobiles, the Pro version also offers up to 9 x department options, but can also include a personnel directory and sophisticated call queuing features.
Active Reception is a capable of accepting thousands of simultaneous calls, so callers to your business will never hear an engaged tone. You can choose to record your own greetings and prompts or we can organise this for you.
