Premium rate numbers are widely used because they provide a very efficient micro-payment system, allowing companies to offer high quality telephone support without having to worry about how they will invoice customers for the support provided.

Over a third of all applications for permission to operate a premium rate service are for companies wishing to offer 09 technical support lines to their customers. The application itself is straight forward and of course we are more than happy to complete this on your behalf.

Premium rate services are regulated by PhonepayPlus and it is crucial that you comply with the PhonepayPlus Code of Practice and associated regulations. As part of our compliance process we will talk you through the rules regarding promotion of your premium rate number, including, price announcements, maximum hold times, maximum call length etc.

Once you have received approval from Phonepay Plus we can arrange for your service to go live within 24hrs, and you can choose from a range of tariffs between 25p per min through to £1.50 per min.

In common with all of our Business Numbers you will be able to bolt on any number of call handling features including:

Interactive voice response (IVR) systems.Time of day routing plans.Call hunt groups.Call whisper.Call recording.Call statistics.Area call plans (location based routing).

The cost for setting up this service is just £75 and £5 per month rental for the number. Our revenue share is amongst the highest in the industry and payment will be made to you 30 days after month end by BACS.
