The use of Interactive Voice Response (IVR) is becoming an increasingly popular method for collecting credit & debit card payments, which is not surprising given that it enables payments to be collect 24 hours a day, 365 days per year.


Teleproject UK can provide your company with an automated card payment line hosted in a Level 1 PCI DSS Compliant environment without a large financial investment or long term contract.


Powered by PayTel our system will greet callers with a welcome message recorded specifically for you before leading them through a series of prompts and the validation process. Callers are asked to enter a customer/account number and an invoice/reference followed by the amount to be paid. Confirmation of payments can be sent to you by email or posted in an xml format and reporting is available through the Active Inbound portal.


Our automated card payment lines can be standalone on a dedicated telephone number or incorporated as part of a larger IVR / Virtual Reception / Call Recording solution. All payments are processed in real-time with a daily file being posted to your acquiring bank just after midnight each day, so you should receive payment in your bank account in line with your current agreement. If you do not currently have a merchant account then please call us as we may be able to offer you a 'turnkey' solution.
