Your new Voip phone will be fully configured before being dispatched to you and will self configure in less than 1 minute when plugged into your broadband router. You will need a power socket located near to your router. We will send you an email to confirm that your phone has beend dispatched, this email will include login details for our online phone management system. Please allow 3 full working days for delivery.
