Hunt Groups

You can add Hunt Groups (also known as 'follow me') to any of our Business Numbers. You will be able to create divert plans based on Out of Hours, Line is Busy or Call is Unanswered. You can choose to send the call to another UK Landline, UK Mobile, International Destination or Voicemail. As part of the Divert on Busy / Unanswered feature you will be able to create a hunt group with a maximum of nine destinations before the call is sent to voicemail.
