Active Fax is hosted fax service that enables you to send and receive faxes via email and the internet. Your incoming faxes are delivered to you as an email attachment instead of the traditional fax to paper format, giving you the freedom to save it to disk or even print a copy if you wish. Of course, if the fax isn't important, you can simply delete it. You can also forward the fax through email to as many recipients as you wish without the need to photocopy it.

To send a fax all you need to do is send an email containing the fax number using your normal email application. The document that you wish to fax is added as an email attachment. There is no special software or technical knowledge required.

As part of the set up we register your domain on our email servers and allocate you a 4 digit pin for additional security. You can register multiple individual users or everyone within an organisation i.e. any@yourdomain.com. There is no additional charge for multiple users or company wide access.

Active Fax is a cost effective and confidential way to send and receive communications either within your organisation or externally and you can also configure the service to supply you with delivery report statistics.
