Part of the Active Inbound portfolio Voice 2 Email is our flexible data capture service that can be quickly configured to capture voice, DTMF tones or a combination of both with data sent  by email or posted via ftp.


The most common use for this service is to collect information from callers wishing to receive product brochures, university prospectuses or application forms. Voice 2 Email can be deployed as a standalone service or as part of an IVR based virtual reception solution so that callers wanting to speak with a live operator can select one option and callers requiring literature can select another.


Another popular use is within contact centres that take information request type calls from members of the public and use the automated data capture service as an overflow or out of hours option.


If you do not already have a solution in place for transcribing the data collected you may want to ask about our Transcription Portal which will give you the ability to check your records against the Royal Mails PAF service and can also receive information requests via Text Message & Web Forms.


For customers expecting to receive high volumes of calls from direct mail and DRTV campaigns we can also arrange for the data collected to be transcribed in to a csv format and forwarded on a daily basis to your fulfilment house.
