This secure Call Recording service is incredibly simple to manage and can be added to any of our Business Numbers or made available for you to use with existing numbers from another provider if required.

We offer two versions of the service, which are Active Record Lite and Pro:

The Lite service simply records all inbound calls to your Business Number and then emails the recording to your nominated email address after each call has finished. You can then playback the recordings using any standard media player.
