Call Recording can be added to any of our Business Numbers and the lite version is now a standard feature on our One 2 Many service. This service is incredibly simple to manage and at a fraction of the cost of having equipment onsite it makes sound commercial sense.

Having subscribed to the service you can choose to record calls to any of the numbers in your account. You have the option of having recordings sent to a designated email address as a wav file or having them stored on our servers for up to six years. Searching for and playing back recordings could not be simpler.

The lite service allows for a maximum of 12 months storage of your recordings, which in most cases is plenty of time to download, playback and or delete. For clients who require Call Recording to comply with FSA or PCI DSS legislation and those who require us to store their recording for longer our Call Recording Pro service allows for encrypted storage up to six years.

For clients who wish to record the occasional outbound call we have a great service, in this instance we would allocate to your account an Access Number, which you would need to dial before entering the number you want to call. Just as with the inbound call recording you have the option of the recording being automatically emailed to you or for your recordings to be stored online for playback, download or deletion.
