Call Queuing is a hosted solution designed to enable your business to accept more calls than you have telephone extensions or staff available to answer them.

Instead of getting an engaged tone your callers will be held in a queue. Whilst waiting for a representative they will be played comfort messages, information on their position in the queue and music.

Call Queuing is used by companies of all sizes not just large national organisations in many cases the service is used by small businesses where the queuing element only kicks in during unusually busy times or when they are short staffed. It is better to put a caller in a queue for a couple of minutes than for them to hear an engaged tone or their call not be answered at all.
